CROC Warranty Terms

Full Warranty Coverage

  • One-year full warranty in which the company will replace the hair tool if a manufacturing defect is found.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with mailing the product.
  • An additional $60 Handling Fee applies to any hair tool replacements.
  • Hair Tools must be registered on crocofficial.com or the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase receipt from the original authorized retailer.

Limited Warranty Coverage

  • 4-Year Limited Warranty for registered products or with original purchase receipt from authorized vendors.
  • The receipt must not be older than 365 days from original purchase.
  • $60 Handling Fee applies for hair tool replacements.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with mailing the product.

What's Not Covered

  • Damages from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse can include dropping the product, improperly storing it, not maintaining it or not cleaning it after each use etc.
  • Purchases from unauthorized retailers are not covered.
  • Physical damages and unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
  • Removal of original product labels or other product tampering will void the warranty.

Replacement Process

You can start a Warranty Claim here. Please ensure your product is registered or that you can provide original proof of purchase from an authorized retailer prior to submitting it.

Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing time from the initial claim submission for us to process your claim.
  • You will receive notifications via email regarding the status of your claim.

Additional Terms

  • Hair Tools sent to us without first completing a Warranty Claim will be recycled.
  • If the customer does not respond to notifications within 30 days, regarding their warranty claim, the product will be recycled by CROC.
  • No walk-ins, only shipped items accepted.
  • Customer responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • CROC Official is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed items in transit.
